You will find a relaxed atmosphere that welcomes new students, beginners, and visitors of all levels. Beginning students should start with Gentle, or  Intro to Yoga . Those with a need for Back Care, elders, or those with injuries should start with Gentle, Chair or Restorative Yoga. Fit beginners or those with some Yoga background can try Yoga Level 1, or Power classes.  Give Yoga a try.....if you can breathe , you can do Yoga!!
